Finwood is a new-build apartment in Burgundy Estate and the second property in the Estate-Vest portfolio. Construction is under way, with completion and transfer expected in June or July 2027.

It is not bookable yet. If you would like first refusal on dates — or on a long lease — register your interest and we will come back to you as soon as the transfer date is firm.
